Our handyman service is designed for homeowners who need professional help completing work around the house without starting a full renovation project.

Our standard handyman service rate is a $150 non-refundable call-out charge, which includes up to 2 hours of labor.
If additional time is required, labor is $70 per additional hour.
Materials and specialty items are not included unless specifically stated.
Handyman work may include door and trim repairs, baseboard installation, drywall repairs, hardware replacement, shelving, minor carpentry, fixture installation, caulking, weather sealing, adjustments, and other general home repairs.
If a project turns out to require a larger renovation or specialized licensed trade work, we will explain that before proceeding.
If you have several smaller repairs, it may be more efficient to prepare a list before the appointment so we can address multiple items during the same service visit.
Photos and a short description of the work can also help us understand the project before scheduling.
