Depending on the project and the material selected, we can install luxury vinyl plank (LVP), commercial vinyl, laminate flooring, tile, and other residential flooring products.
Projects may also involve transitions, stairs, baseboards, trim, underlayment, cement board, and preparation of wood or concrete subfloors.
Customer-supplied flooring can be installed when the product is appropriate for the existing conditions.
A successful flooring installation starts with a stable and properly prepared surface.
Before installation, we inspect the accessible subfloor and identify visible conditions that may affect the finished flooring. Depending on the project, preparation may include cleaning, fastening loose areas, installing underlayment or cement board, and addressing minor surface issues.
More extensive leveling or structural repairs are discussed separately when required.
